Evaluation tool to better match candidates to jobs. We believe the resume is an inadequate representation of who should be interviewed, especially when recruiters have less time than ever to review the increasing number of candidates for every job. What really matters is how an employee performs in their role, which is a function of their behaviors. To better predict how well a candidate will perform in a role, we use realistic simulations to assess behavioral traits. The traits of each candidate are compared with traits of top performing employees to make a better match. In doing so, we want to highlight candidates who are normally ignored and help companies hire high performing employees at lower costs.
